What`s behind the Web 2.0?

In my opinion, Web 2.0 is nothing new, it`s not a new innovation, but today people are becoming more involved. People are dealing with new issues, so it may changed the network participation. Web- users collaborate and share information online. It`s not easy to define Web 2.0, but it`s certainly a new way of using the web. People are able to become creative: they design, manage, comment, and analize. Also, I think it`s all about building communities- it`s the human aspect of the web.

What`s your opinion? Do you think it`s a technical and/ or social development?

Web 2.0 is not a thing, it is a state of mind!
